A great day on Saturday for all the events. The East beat the West again this year by a score of 2 - 1. In the Skills Contest, the fastest pitcher was Jarrod MacEachern with a speed of 80 miles per hour. The infield competition saw Brad Smith take 1st and Darryl Smith take 2nd. The fastest runners were Mark Krauss with a time of 16.07 seconds followed by Mike Tom with 16.36 seconds. The outfield competition saw Brad Smith take 1st again and Ty Weibe take 2nd. In the offence competition Morgan Doucette was 1st with Darryl Smith 2nd. And finally, the MVP's for the all star game were Darryl Smith and Harold Northcott.
